You must be at least 18 years old to create a GoHealth account and use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

GoHealth is a wellness monitoring and information tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Insights, alerts, and reports generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any health condition, and contact emergency services immediately for any medical emergency.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment

• The Service is offered for a one-time payment of $49, which grants lifetime access to the Service.
• There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal — you are charged once, at the time of purchase.

5. Connected Devices and Data Accuracy

GoHealth relies on data provided by third-party devices and platforms (such as Apple Health and Google Fit). We do not manufacture these devices and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the underlying data they provide. Insights generated by GoHealth are only as accurate as the data received.

6. Family Circle

If you enable Family Circle, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from any individual whose data you connect or monitor through your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
